Kyle Pattillo is a Vice President of Lending at The Bank of Fayetteville in our Northwest Arkansas market, assisting commercial, consumer and agricultural lending customers. With more than 20 years of experience in the Northwest Arkansas real estate market as a lender, broker and appraiser, Pattillo specializes in commercial development and construction.
A native of Stuttgart, Pattillo earned a Bachelor’s in Finance and Insurance with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Arkansas. He is an alumnus of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking from Southern Methodist University and is certified in advanced commercial lending from the American Banking Association. Pattillo has five years of lending experience with The Bank of Fayetteville.
In addition to his work at the bank, Pattillo serves the Fayetteville community as a Rotarian and member of the NWA Board of Realtors. He is a past Chairman of the Board for CASA of Northwest Arkansas and the Arkansas Regional MLS Committee.
